The answer to the question will always depend on a persons last experience with an estate agent and whether it was good, bad or ugly.
Ask that question to 10 people and you will get 10 different replies along the lines of…
•Sell houses
•Put properties on Rightmove
•Help people buy houses
•Market houses
•Rob you in pure day light 😉
•and so on…
But, none of those are correct. As our friends at BestAgent say Estate Agents MOVE people and that is so true. Estate Agents physically, and mentally, move people. They help them move house but they also help people navigate the minefield and stresses of mentally moving on with their life.
