It has taken over week to get around to writing this review for James Gesner. Sitting in our new home, having had my mum visit to look after our 7 month old, whilst the two older girls enjoy their new school and Lena and I get ourselves established none of this would have been possible without James Gesner and the selling agent for our new home.

Back in February I questioned the need of having an estate agent. The move was lined up and we were ready to go. Unfortunately the move wasn’t lined up and this is were you need experience, a partner, a no nonsense approach and someone, who genuinely cares.

James Gesner was there anytime day or night, he would say it how it was, he worked tirelessly getting our chain lined up, he took control of all the people that needed to work together and talk. Right up to completion James Gesner knitted the move together.

I know he wasn’t exclusively working for us and our move but it felt like he was. He’s that accessible and approachable.

I would not hesitate to recommend James Gesner and his professional team. It was a memorable move for some wrong reasons but also for the fact we partnered with James and enjoyed a beer when it was eventually over the line. Thank you James Gesner.

James has by far been the best estate agent we’ve ever dealt with. From start to finish James kept in touch with everyone involved very regularly and pushed the whole process along very quickly. We were into our house within 7 weeks thanks to James suggesting the best solicitors to use and giving great advice. When we first viewed the property James went into great detail about the village and even took us through the village to point certain things out. Not something you get very often. He has a great knowledge of the area and was very efficient and professional. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend James to anyone buying/selling a property!
