A charming half thatched half tiled detached cottage, believed to date from the 17th Century with later additions situated in this delightful setting and located within the conservation area of the village. Adjacent to the River Thame and within walking distance of Wittenham Clumps and the River Thames, the property has been recently been refurbished by the current owners with the benefit of a new bespoke kitchen with Aga and shower room. Surrounding the village is delightful countryside with a good network of footpaths and bridleways including The Thames Path, the lakes of the old gravel pits supporting sailing clubs and other water sports and nearby the renowned Sinodun Hills better known as Wittenham Clumps. The City of Oxford, Abingdon and Wallingford offer a greater selection of educational, shopping and leisure facilities.
