Part Time Lettings Assistant 25 Hours per week.

James Gesner Estate Agents are a well established sales and Lettings agent based in South Oxfordshire.

We are looking for a confident administrator with an excellent telephone manner and strong customer service skills to assist our Lettings manager on a part time basis. The main duties will include the following:
• Liaising with Utility Suppliers to switch over accounts between tenancies
• Organising annual safety checks to comply with current legislation
• Contacting Tenants to arrange new Tenancies and check outs at the end of a Tenancy
• Maintaining the office filing system
• Being the first point of contact for tenants
• Assisting the Lettings manager with maintenance requests

Ideally you will have some experience in Lettings, although this is not essential as full training will be given. The ideal candidate will be a highly organised individual, with excellent customer service and administration skills.

The role could involve working Saturdays (7 hours), the remaining hours can be flexible to suit the individual.
